PLC System Control Center

FES offers complete system control panels incorporating industry standard programmable logic controllers, or PLC’s. These panels are fully functional when shipped from FES including DC power supplies, relays, sensors, and any other components necessary to handle the specific control and human interface requirements which vary from plant-to-plant.

Custom operational programming, drawings, instructions, and testing prior to shipment add up to a turn-key PLC system panel provided in a NEMA housing. Optional features include UL label, selectable NEMA rating, a door mounted keypad and display, to name a few.

Features

· Terminals provided for all field wiring connections

· Complete as-built point-to-point and panel drawings supplied

· All analog inputs may be calibrated via the human-machine interface without PLC program modifications

· Isolation relays are included as needed for proper electrical interface to existing wiring and devices

· Pressure sensors can be supplied loose or panel mounted

· A communications link to an FES MicroLINK system or a door mounted keypad and display provides the necessary HMI (human-machine interface)

· All operating setpoints are adjustable

· Many other features are supplied to meet the customer and system requirements
