Combustion Turbine Inlet Air Cooling

FES Systems Inc is a provider of direct refrigeration packages for the pre-cooling of combustion turbine air; typically using chilled water, glycol or an anhydrous ammonia (R-717) liquid overfeed arrangement.

Our TIC systems are based on proven refrigeration technology. When applied to a combustion turbine, the FES unit cools the inlet air temperature of the compressor to an optimum constant value which in turn increases the mass flow and power output.

FES Systems can provide compressors with electric motors, gas engines or steam turbine drives, as well as heat exchangers, condensers, vessels and controls.
